Caroline is a senior leader in the civil service, with previous managerial, policy and fundraising experience in the non-profit sector, and she has previously been a leader in a youth movement and worked as an English assistant in primary schools in Israel and France. She was recently a governor of another local primary school in Barnet, supporting staff and leadership through an Ofsted inspection, taking the school from 'Good' to 'Outstanding'.

On a personal note, she enjoys building new friendships, and is passionate about ensuring that a diverse and inclusive parental voice is heard and represented at the governing body. Caroline is also passionate about promoting social justice.
