Rebecca Doctors is our School Business Manager and started working at Alma shortly before we opened our door to pupils in 2013. She is responsible for the finances and HR of the school and sits on the Finance and Operations Committee as well as reporting to them on a monthly basis. 

Prior to joining Alma she worked as an Employment Solicitor and holds an LL.B and LL.M. In 2015 she completed a programme for the Certificate of School Business Management.  Having been one of the original team of three to set up Alma Primary, its success is very close to her heart. 

She is married with three children, the eldest of whom has just completed university, one who is at university and the younger of whom is in secondary school. She has been an active volunteer within the Jewish community over the years and has recently been appointed as a Council member of Finchley Synagogue.
