This week in topic we started the Great Fire of Whetstone! The children took their cardboard houses outside and we created a typical 1666 street scene. We then started a fire and watched it destroy all the houses. It only took 9 minutes to burn down! We were very safe and had buckets of sand and water and a fire extinguisher on standby!
