October is Black History Month in the UK! We learnt about Carter Woodson and the origins of BHM as well as the reasons why it is so important to celebrate. Then we focused on Kamala Harris and the children learnt about her as an inspirational role model. They researched vice-president Kamala on iPads and created their own informational posters.
