Year 3 have been learning about the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) which supports children in need.

Alma Primary has been participating in NSPCC’s Number Day- a charitable event to raise money for the NSPCC. Year 3 decided that they would like to help other children around the school with their learning and so, on Thursday, they went into different classes and helped with maths. Some children also prepared presentations about celebrated mathematicians and shared their new knowledge with other year groups.

Year 3 not only helped by raising money for a children’s charity, they helped Alma children with their learning!
